Hi,
We took 3 doggies along to Mid Western show today. Was a beautiful day, maybe a bit too hot, but was a really nice new venue (Worcester Country Park) and was a lovely atmosphere. There weren't huge lab entries, apparently there was a club show on somewhere today?? But there was some nice dogs there, and the judge was really nice so it was a great start for Beau who had a bit of a disaster in his last show
Anyway, little Beau won his Puppy Dog class (only 3 entries though!lol) He was beaten by the bitch for BP but she was about 4 months older and much more mature. Beau got so tired for the BOB judging and really didnt show that well in that, but he did all that was asked of him, he is still only just 6 months!!
Here's some pics of him, none in the ring as i was in another ring with the Brittany while my mum was showing Beau.
And then Meg was in the Graduate class, only 3 entries again, but she also won! She went beautifully and i was really pleased with her. The judge seemed to look long and hard at her in the challenge but in the end gave BOB and RBOB to litter brother and sister...
Pics of Meg in the ring..
And these were just too adorable not to share. Meg adores children! These kids came up to talk to our doggies while we were waiting for Best Puppy in Show. As you can see, Meg was quite happy with all the attention she was given.. I just love the gentle lab temperments!!
And lastly.. Thought i'd share some pics of Bounty who got 2nd in Junior and BPIB. This was her first show and all the other dogs were at least 6 months older than her so we were really pleased with her results!!
Off to a Pug Club Champ Show in Slough tomorrow.. Busy weekend!!!!
