Hello everyone - yesterday I went to choose my puppy - a beautiful chocolate girl who we will collect on May 12th. She is so gorgeous!

We are having trouble choosing a name for her. I was set on Bracken but when I mentioned it my husband and father-in-law both said it was a boy dog's name?

Other ideas from my children - Tilly, Lily, Darcey, Henna, Lola, Evie.

Will post some pics when I have worked out how. Be prepared - she is SUCH a honey! Very Happy

I came across a Labrador bitch yesterday called Lulu and I thought it was lovely. Must say though I do like Bracken (it was my grandparents surname)

I don't think Honey is right for a choccie. What about Feather? It's similar to Heather. If you like "Honey", why not get a yellow instead of a choccie. Not that I'm biased towards them at all....

Does her pedigree name help you name her at all ?

This is how we named Abbey as we couldnt decide and my son wanted to call her a choccie name like malteser and i wanted a pretty girlie name Laughing Abbeys pedigree name is - Abbeys star performer so we stuck with that !!

Love the name Evie though.
