I'm with M&S ( full policy with no excess) didn't realise it covered worm and flea I'm new to all this I,m what do you do when you want to make a claim?

M&s don;t pay for the cost of 'killing and controlling fleas' - it says this is the full pdf policy document.

And the repeat tick and flea treatment - has something to do with the pet travel scheme -
it's says they will reimburse you as a

"direct result as your departure for the uk being delayed by your carrier, reasonable fee's incurred by you in getting repeat tick and worming treatment for your pet"

Not quite sure what they mean but i read it as - they DO NOT pay for ROUTINE flea, worming, tick treatments????? Confused

They wouldnt pay for day to day doggie maintenance like flea or worming, you are right becks-milo I read it as you do.
