My God!! that must have be awful not only for you but also for your dog, I hope that someone in Environmental Health does something about its removal and treats it with dignity. (After my dealings with the RSPCA I dont think they would get involved, after all they cant rescue it, so they would probably ignore any requests to get it removed). Hope you get over the shock soon.

Hi Clair,

I'm sorry to hear about the poor dog you found, it makes you so sad to see them like that doesn't it - i know how you feel as we saw quite a few when we abroad in the same state, at least their little souls will have left for a better place.

Hope you're ok today.

Julie

Hi Clair

I'm so sorry to hear about this - it must have been so distressing for you.

Like Paul said, the council probably wouldn't have much compassion. What an awful expression "it's only a dog" is isn't it? They mean the world to us.

Hope this poor doggy rests in peace somewhere beyond this place.

All the best,
Nic

I agree with you all it is awful that that poor dog has just been dumped, but I am playing the devils advocate here.... I know we all love our dogs and would do anything for them but there are owners out there that dont and we cannot be sure that the owner never dumped it. I have heard off and seen a lot of dogs that have been dumped cos they are too old and left to die for no reason apart from the owner cannot be bothered this makes me so upset.

Also what makes me so angry Evil or Very Mad is travellers that let there dogs run off and onto the motorway where 9 times out of 10 they get run over or the highways people who go and save them end up being knocked over because there owners are very irresponsible. Sad

Ok thats my rant over with Smile
