Hi
Buster has passed the KC Good Citizen Dog Scheme Puppy Foundation Assessment
Here's a link for the KC, look under Training it explains it all.
http://www.the-kennel-club.org.uk/ll.
He will be assessed for the Good Citizen Bronze award in October.
We have to pick up his certificate and rosette next week at the Training Club.I'm so proud of him as he's not the easiest dog to train cos he loves bouncing lol.Oh and proud of myself for getting up every Sunday morning and taking him
He was awarded another certificate on Sunday for completing an 8 week Beginners Course. He starts Basic class next week with the big dogs,so that should be fun
They had a competition on Sunday to mark the end of the course but Buster decided he would rather bounce lol. But all was not lost as Milo his mate, another Lab came first
I really enjoyed the Beginners Course and Buster did lol, and we are looking forward to continuing at the Training Club. He's come along way in the 8 weeks,I can tell when I cross the road at the pelican crossings cos he doesnt use the line of people crossing opposite us as target practise for jumping on anymore

Well done you two. We've been trying to get Penny through her basic road safety test for eight months now (she's been tested twice) but she can't sit still long enough to pass her sit, stay.

Hi Kev,
Well done to you and Buster,
I pleased you are enjoying the classes and that Buster is doing so well. Good luck for the next stage, I'm sure Buster will do great
You will need a photo of Buster and his rosette, best let someone else take the photo though as you might cut off his head..lmao

Congratulations Buster and Kev!
I sent for all the info from the Kennel Club regarding this scheme, but haven't done anything yet. Corbie's dad passed his Bronze at 4.5 months old, so there's hope for my boy yet

Hi Kev
Well done to you and Buster - that is great news! You may remember me mentioning before that Smudge was the class clown in his training classes! At the end, his 'teacher' wrote out his certificate and said "at least he turned up every week"!
Well done again - am sure you'll continue to do well with the lovely 'Bouncy Buster' by your side.
All the best,
Nic
