Hi i have found a little lost black lab male neutered lab in our street this morning i have put him out food and water and called the police
he has a collar and a tag but is so scared he wont let you near him..he has a mean fear bark..he so wants to be friends as well ..i feel so helpless have got in contact with 3p anyone have any others ideas what to do to make it easier for him ??
