I cannot believe how addictive this is. I sat for hours last night and today trying to go back a further 3 generations (so far) on my boy Jack's family tree.
I have used the labradornet database for my findings. I have been very successful, albeit with a few missing, on his Dad's side but with his Mum it's a completely different story. I seem to be only able to go any further back on only a few of them. Is this due to lack of info or have these names not been entered on any database? Labradornet does say it's database is only 30% complete.
Does anyone have any other websites I can search?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a list of useful pedigree research websites on my site - covers the ones already provided plus quite a few more Very Happy

http://www.arghishalee.co.uk/Links1.html

What dogs are you missing? if you post them on here there are quite a few people that might be able to help Very Happy I've got about 9,000 dogs in my database now - primarily show and pet lines, but there are some working lines in there as well Very Happy

Thanks for all your help. Have managed to find quite a few more lines using the various websites. It still, for the main, seems to be on Jack's Dam's side that I cannot get any info.

The ones missing on his Sire's side are
BOLD BRAMWELL AT STORMLEY
TIA AT STORMLEY
SHADOWLINE GENTLE GALAXY.

I would of thought with Stormley in the title I would have no problems in finding lines-but no luck.

On his Dam's side the missing ones are
JUNICOTT DAMSON
RHUM OF DRUMTOCHTY
JIMJOY MALTESER (JIMJOY is a well know name but no luck on this one)
GORDON KERR OF THE GRANGE
COCKENZIE TOERAG
PRINCE OF BIGGARTROAD
FRUCHIE PRINCESS
TINY TYSON AT LOCHSCOT
DAMBACK DAME OF KILGRAMMIE

Any info on the above names would be great.
Totally addicted to this.

Oh my giddy aunt - virtually every single one of those dogs listed I have in my database - but do I have the parents for any of them ???? No Rolling Eyes Confused

However - there is a member on here whose has a pedigree with some of these dogs cropping up

http://www.labradorforums.co.uk/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=21998

Will try and work through it and see what I can find out Very Happy
