And I can't believe how quick it went!!!
I had 2 needles in my gum and then sat for 2 mins for it work. The dentist then took less than a minute to get it out, and then because I didn't want cotton wool in my mouth (it makes me gag) I just had to sit in the chair for 2 minutes until it clotted.
And that was it - all finished and the numbness has gone already.
I just can't believe how easy it was, so for anyone else who needs a top wisdom tooth out, don't panic, it really is ok

Good to hear it went well for you Wendy, be careful that you don`t chew the inside of your cheek while its still frozen now!!, its easily done an painful when the effects wear off
