I had some work uniform sent to me first class on the 13th of this month and it has not arrived yet-my first batch of stuff too so really want to see it as my logo is on it Rolling Eyes


What dept do I phone to have a polite discussion with please?

What kind of proof of posting is it Carroll? Was it sent my special delivery? if so you should be able to track on-line...

just follow the 'tell us more link' i put your infor in about the date and assumed it was a standard parcel and it says 3-4 working days for parcel delivery Very Happy

Royal mail loose 250,000 items a week but it may still turn up. I'd give it a week then get another set sent SD if it’s urgent. If its been sent by a standard parcel service and it is lost I wish you luck with compensation. I’d focus on the company who sent the goods and state that you have yet to receive the goods you paid for and demand a proof of delivery if they try to get out of it. You have paid them for goods and have yet to receive them, its their problem really, not yours.

It says weight 1.570kg and 1st class packet.

The company have been fab this info is from the proof of posting she got when it was posted, she emailed me it over today Very Happy

Now is a packet a parcel???? which would explain the 3-5 days Confused

Besides the above you could contact your local sorting office, if you know where it is. I did this for an article and although they didn't find it they did have a look.

The seller does really have the responsibility to find out where it is, especially if they have a postage receipt.

It might be blatantly obvious Carroll, but remember to take some form of ID with you - if they have got your parcel, you might just get the jobsworth that won't hand it over without seeing some ID first... Rolling Eyes
