We walked the dogs in just tee-shirts today in sunny gloucester.....a perfect day 
All the dogs swam, even Ted, my dachsie, swam to retreive sticks in a very jolly manner and by the time we had walked back to the car the dogs had all dried in the lovely warm breeze. Wonderful - a few more of the same would be nice
