My Dyson vaccuum cleaner has just died. I've had it 7 years and it's been great but guess it just couldn't cope with labbie hairs.

I need another one quick and wondered about the Dyson Animal. Have any of you got one and are they any good?
Also when I googled it there were different models. I want an upright one and thought I would just go and get one, but if there's choices omg which do I go for???

Any help much appreciated
Thanks

We DID have the upright Dyson Animal and TBH for me it was CRAP. It didnt have much suction which meant it didnt clean properly and doubled the work! Id had a Dyson since they first came out and every one ive had since the first has been less than good, so.....

We bought a Henry in September, and the power and suction is far better than any Dyson and will never go back to Dyson again. I know Henry needs bags but Ebay sell them so cheaply i dont mind.

Having said that, i know that alot of people have had great success with them, but alas im not one!!! Rolling Eyes Laughing Laughing

I got a Morphy Richards Pet the other day Wendy, the Dyson was so heavy to cart up and downstairs.

Its great so far, got 2000 of power (adjustable switch to for more delicate carpets/rugs) and took up cat hair as well as the dogs.

Its only drawback is it doesn`t clean edge to edge, but that can be done by using the gose of course Very Happy

Its also a whole lot cheaper than a Dyson!! and does every bit as good a job in my mind, also comes with a spare filter for when ones drying after being washed..........oh and its an upright Laughing Laughing

LOL, I got the MR one in Argos, was a penny short of £90, which as you can see is a considerable saving on even the cheapest Dyson let alone the Animal! Very Happy
