Hi everyone,My names Marie have been lurking for ages. What a wicked site
Have a very handsome choccie boy Baxter who's nearly a year old. 'big hooligan!'But so adorable such a big baby. Last weekend we added to the family and got Maggie a very cute yellow lab ex puppy farm breeding bitch , who is adorable.She looks like she's been shrunk in the tumble drier! Will need alot of work but she is so worth it. Anyone on here have experience of these poor dogs? Have had three dogs before i got Baxter, Ross 75% lab (my bestest boy ) had him for 17 years, Brooke a very fat yellow bitch arrived few years later a stray, and Ross fell in love so who was i to send her away stayed for 10 years or more. Later on i looked after a little sheltie for two weeks for her owners and she loved my labs so much and changed from a very scared little girl into a very confident dog they left her with me and she was with me for 12 years. A very special little girl who passed away in july not long after i got my gorg choccie boy. She hated this bouncy thing for a while then seemed to get a new lease of life and played along side him but not with him . Was lovely to watch some sparkle come back to tired little eyes.
Think i have rabbled on enough.....will post some piccies when i can get the hang am bit pc illiterate
i have seen ex-breeding bitches from puppy farms and they do look a poor site i hope you manage to work wonders on her and show her how life is meant to be xxx

Maggie has had a horrible time lots of scars on her beautiful face. Saying all that was only resecued on october and has made such progress. I've only had her since sunday night and she has come on in leaps and bounds and her feet are firmly under the table. She has decided she's the boss and puts the big hooly in his place which is so comical to watch.Having sad that h loves her to pieces andcan't stop kissing her Am looking forward to turning her life around. will post pics later when my daughters are home .
Hi and welcome Marie, well doen for giving Maggie her forever home. I have got an exbreeding Choccie girl that I got from MTR last November. She too was a sorry sight but is now a totally different dog, both to look at and in her confidence which grows every day.

Thanks for the welcolmes, I remember seeing suzie, she looks beautiful on your pics. Well done to you to. am always looking at the many tears would have all of them! told the lady i got maggie from all i need is a black one now.......... think hubby would divorce me ooh theres an idea Pups are great but having adopted two oops now three, i've found is a lot more rewarding watching them transform into fantastic friends.
