Not buying anything, but cooking a Sunday Roast with the help of the children, housework done and dogs walked. Oh, and homemade cards from the little ones. That would be my perfect Mothers Day! (oh, and no children squabling!!!)

A good mornings sleep. I`m on nights Sat night and would love to just have a few hours of quality sleep. Also for the 4 of them (youngest is 10), to get along for the day and just let me chill.

They don`t need to spend anything, just let us have a happy day, a nice cooked roast would go down well, but we`ll have to wait and see.

My brownie pack have tonight made some packages of chocs for their mums and written their own messages, but they also each made a voucher for their mum with something they promise to do on Mother's day....

I promise to....wash up after dinner/not fight with my brother/clean out the hamster/walk the dog/make you a cup of tea etc etc and they had to think about what their mum would most like that promise to be.

Perhaps your kids could make her a whole book of vouchers to be used for chores etc etc?
