Any ideas what I can get my wife from kiddies for mothers day?Ages are 19, 16 ,14 ,8 and 6 .(3 older are step kiddies in case you think I started early).
Thing is this year as the weather has been really bad and my job is weather dependent we seem to have jack all money,so all you mummys out there what would you love from your little darlings? That doesn't cost too much?
I like Lewis to go and get me Daffodils or tulips as they are not expensive for kiddies pockets........he is 9 and always buys my mothers day pressie out of his own money. He also knows I like candles so they are always welcome.
He has just got into cooking and helps cook the Sunday lunch
ooh very good ideas something home made is always rally great You could combine the two ideas above as I understand that Asda now make cakes and use photos imprinted on the icing to decorate them? Haven't seen this myself so I can't clarify costs or if this is even true, but maybe someone else can help out?...
Definitely get them to make cards though and brekkie in bed...
For my step-kids mum for christmas we had a calender made with photos of the kids for each month. If you have a colour printer at home there's no reason why you couldn't do a "home made" one of these, if you are OK with Word etc to lay it out.
I think something personal is far better than expensive gifts...
Homemade cards, cakes, brekkie, dinner, flowers and just the kids being themselves is all i love to see
Nothing is better than spending the day together as a family, walk the dog, take a picnic, ball, kite etc and thats something mney cant buy !
Diamond knecklace and bracelet Sorry couldn't resist that's from oh he he
No seriously, my little who's 5 always buys me a bunch of flowers and makes a beautiful home made card from school best pressie I could get.....as its personal
