Hmm Rhoni, possibly a mate for Gumpter Shocked Wink

I feel really quite sorry for this poor little thing.... for the past few weeks, I have had a little finch desperately trying to encourage a mate... this bird has been doing all the dancing, prancing, preening and chirping... and has been quite amusing, although I feel a little guilty in letting him carry on his 'wooing' in vain.... and it IS totally in vain, his love will never be requited lol...

Now, to my real quandry lol.... do I cover up the wing mirror of my car in hope that this little finch gives up and goes off in search of true love, or do I tell him outright, that the little finch he has fallen head over heals in love with, is his own reflection...... Very Happy Very Happy

ah Rhoni, the stables get full at this time of the year... at least I hope so... last year I had 4 nests of swallows... all eggs hatched, only lost one chick...

This poor little thing is getting so frustrated, even a change of car hasn't deterred him Embarassed sidetracking a bit here.. reg of new car... letters... PJ....a reminder perhaps... is there NO escape.... lol....

Wouldnt mind so much, but he keeps leaving 'little parcels' all down the side of my car, gives a different take on the 'poo run' Very Happy

Awww poor little guy!!, think I`d try covering the mirror and see if that does deter him, maybe both wing mirrors cos he`ll prob go round the other side Laughing , at least that`d even up the poo Laughing

Bird poo isn`t good on cars as you prob know, it burns thru the paint eventually, but I imagine with the car being new its being washed as soon as it happens atm Very Happy
