hehe you get LabPounds everytime you post on the forum - you don't get them for private messages (pm's)....
You can spend them in the Forum Shop which is one of the choices under "Labrador Forums" on the menu on the left of the page.
I think there's a Newbies post somewhere under "introductions" possibly which explains everything a lot more clearly than I do!
