During Lost Labs Week this week on LF, we'd like to hear from members who have been helped by Lost Labs, or indeed have helped Lost Labs at any time during a search.
If you are happy to, please share your experiences on this thread.
I helped out last year on a search in Rawtenstall, myself, Paul and Liz went round a local estate asking people to keep a look out for the Lab, he wasn`t very old from what I remember, sadly we didn`t find him and I don`t know if he ever was found .
Paul and Liz also went back the following day to do a further search.
over the past 18 months I have helped look for Jake the choc lab, by putting up posters and walking all over the areas that he was last seen in with one of my girls.
I have also helped reunite 3 other lost labs with their grateful owners, by doing the police, vets to see if chipped as well as notifing the dog warden and any pounds in the area
All but Jake have been reunited

i was involved with jack who went missing in largs.we printed off some posters and put them up round my aunts in ardrossan and also in the shopping centre round here braehead which people from all over come to...glad to be any help we can

We printed off posters and put them up in the area we thought he had been taken to. We also drove round the area looking for him and asking any of the local people we saw around the area.
You can see how important it is to get people, like our members above, signed up to Lost Labs to help in any way you can, big or small - every little bit helps.
i called upon LL to help find my neighbours english bull terrier although not a lab LL were very kind and sent out alerts in my area which i was very gratefull for... although elsa was not my dog i wanted to help them anyway possible and were better to go then LL.. im happy to say elsa was returned safe and well roughly 4 days later xxxx
