The vet phoned yesterday with Sara poo results they took 9 days, salmonella was negative, but she has got kampala bactum.
She has got 10 day course antibiotics, the vet expects her poos to be normal after this. This can also be caught be humans, so if anyone in the family feels sick or the other end then to tell the doc what Sara got.

It would appear that a large percentage of dogs and cats carry Campylobacter anyway, so as long as you carry on with your usual hygene routines, the children should be fine.
Poor Sara
Hope she is on the mend soon.
Hubby had Campylobacter a few years back so I can sympathise with your predicament.
The dept. Health seemed to think he had caught it off one of our cats
But we are pretty confident he got it from some uncooked chicken when he was making dinner.
Don't scare yourselves too much.
~~~~~~~~healing and bacteria removing vibes for Sara~~~~~~~~
