I've been watching Pud like a hawk over the past few weeks and think that he is occassionally favouring his back right leg. It is not obvious when he is walking at a normal pace but when going full speed he moves both back legs together - like a bunny hop - is this normal??? When he slows down to a trot he does appear to sometimes limp slightly.
This definitely isn't slowing him down and he doesn't seem to be in any discomfort at all. I've just read back over Di's post about the signs to look out for for hip problems and he doesn't display any of the others (he stretches fine etc).
Should i be worried?

Hi Leanne
I find that Smudge bunny hops a bit when he is over excited, say for instance at the start of a walk.
Touch wood, he doesn't have any hip problems but it has worried me on occassion.
Hopefully someone will be able to clarify this better than me for you and give you some peace of mind.
All the best,
Nic
