That is exactly what I have just been through with Shadow recently.

Exact same symptoms, starved for 24 hours, rice and chicken for three days before mucus and blood started to disappear then slowly reintroduced normal dog food over three days. He is now absolutely fine.

Well he was until he decided to eat a towel this morning, and now he's not stopped vomiting it all back up. Oh well, it never rains but it pours. Just wish he's learn!!!!!!!!!!! Rolling Eyes
