Hello everyone - we have now posted the plan on the thread linked below.

We have made note as to who has volunteered to help so far and as to what areas they live in. We just ask you to let us know how much you want to take on so that Sam can start allocating tasks.
The news letter will be going out in the next few days which also mentions about George. Hopefully this will generate more volunteer searchers!!!
Its doesn't matter where you are in the world you can still help us if you have some time to spare searching the net for email addresses.
If you have any queries please PM either Rhoni or Sam. Sam is normally only about in the evening but Rhoni is about during the day and evening - we will respond as soon as we can.
