I don't know much about where Charlie came from but was given a bad copy of some sort of pedigree.
The breeder looks like a Mrs Melaw from Wales. His sire is given as Chocolate Big Ben reg no AD01079306 and dam as Kenmillto(sp) Cupcake reg no AC01361305.
Grandparents on Sire's side look like Foel Henure Cardi and Chocolate Smarty. On Dam's side are Charlie Leader and Lady May.
Anyone out there know anything more, I would be interested to know.
Did you get the KC ownership documents from your breeder, and have you transferred the ownership to your own name?
If so, you can purchase the five generation pedigree for your pup, assuming he/she is KC registered. Not sure how much the pedigree certificate costs, though, as Charlie's was given to me by the breeder.
List as many names as you can from what you have, and someone might be able to help you.
Hi - can't find anything about most of the dogs - but Charlie Leader (Hips 6/8 ) was sired by Steynton Boy - a chocolate boy who is my Hally's G grandfather on her sire's side
Steyton Boy is by Tyton Sir Alphonso at JimJoy out of Mardi Gras Mocha Surprise (both chocolate) - Sir Alphonso is the sire of our very own Trizia's Sherpa
Both Sir Alphonso and Mardi Gras Mocha Surprise were sired by Tyton Lord Hastings - another chocolate with a 0/0 hip score - dams Tyton Manata Trufa (hips 4/4) and Canaston Revello Rum respectively
Hope that helps - if I find out any more I will let you know

Charlie is a rescue dog from near where I live after the couple split up.
There was no registration with him so I am wondering if he is off a puppy farm. The woman I got him from didn't know where exactly her partner had bought him from and he was given to her as a present.
I am not really worried about him being registered just thought someone may know some more about the woman who bred him.
She may just breed from her house. The Sire and the Dam are both owned by the same woman. Maybe it was a mistake.
He seems well adjusted and healthy, as far as I can tell. I know he was given a health check in December.
He was born on 10 July 2006. Maybe someone on here had a brother or sister from the same litter.
You don't need to worry too much about whether Charlie himself was registered or not.
Sue51 looks like she has the most information so far, but you could try contacting the Kennel Club and giving them what information you have on some of the dogs (those do look like KC registration numbers etc.) and asking if you are entitled to purchase a pedigree certificate of any sort.
List what you can read, and someone may have more answers.
Helen.

In truth, I am not entirely sure what you are entitled to from the KC if the registration status of your dog is uncertain, so you will have to ask them. I was just thinking that as you seem to have the KC registration details of Charlie's parents plus his own date of birth you might be able to find out if the litter itself was registered and get somewhere that way.
Even if he was not registered after birth, you may be able to do it yourself if you want to because both of his parents were registered. It may help you to get his pedigree. I just think I have heard that somewhere before, but if I am talking rubbish (it wouldn't be the first time) then I am happy to stand corrected.
Sue would have lots of information - I know she has a database of hip and elbow scores so if the parents had been health checked they would certainly be on her list.
Kenmillto crops up in several forms - I googled and found results in working trials for a Kenmillto dogs( http://www.unitedretrieverclub.co.uk/lincs2.htm ) and also it's an American Affix. It also crops up as an affix for a number of other breeds like the Leoonberger and Boxer!
Maybe someone who knows wiorking lines may be able to tell you more?
