The tutorial Sheena is going to send you covers getting a sig pic on, for the avatar you need to size it at 120X120 pixels, then go to your profile (link at top of page) scroll down to the bottom and select "upload avatar from your machine", click the browse button and navigate to where you`ve put the pic on your hard drive (usually in pictures or a folder you`ve made yourself).

Click on the pic you want and its deteail will appear in the box that comes up, click open in that box and the details wil appear in the box on the profile page.

Click submit and your avatar should show both above where you input the details and in your mini profile that shows in your posts.

Thanks for your help much appreciated not very up on computers, you will be able to view my beautiful chocolate babies. I will try and do an album as well, one step at a time though.

SERIOUSLY AT MY WITS END HERE

Really want a pic of my beautiful girl on my sig, and have followed all the advice on this thread, but just can't seem to do (I don't like to think i'm a complete nonce on computers....but seriously.....)

I want to use this pic which I managed to upload to the Lab Photo's section....can anyone PLEASE help me?

I've tried the whole [img] [/img[ thing but still doesn't work Crying or Very sad

You need to resize a photo to 120 x120 pixels then you can upload it straight from your pc using upload from my machine button in the edit avatar section of your profile Very Happy

Ok, really sorry to be a complete IDIOT, but how do i resize it to 120x120 pixals? I know how to resize pics in paint, but its through 'stretch and skew' and is done in %'s, and I have no idea about resizing pixals? Crying or Very sad
