No don't diet, we larger cuddly ladies ARE beautiful and we we must be fairly fit & healthy with all those walks.

We need spoiling and if no-one will do it for us we need to do it ourselves at least it will be a distracton from everyday life.

....................................Right that's done booked in for 1 and a half hour facial next Thursday.

Much needed chillin' time for Jo, can't wait

Carol, just wanted to say that me and my hubby split up 10 yrs ago and I went to Relate on my own cos he would not go. That resulted in me talking about things with the counsellor and realising things I hadn't before. When I saw OH I found myself mentioning these things to him and I think we both had a huge learning curve. He then came to Relate with me. We got back together and are still together now. I get down sometimes (burst into tears for no reason Confused ) but it certainly isn't down to him. YOU MUST TALK - if you don't I'm afraid it will build a wall between you and as your kids grow you will have nothing left (mine are 19, 16 and 13 and believe me it's life-changing).

Make time for yourself, but make time for each other, get into the labby world if you can whether its obedience, showing or just GT's, it will be nice for you to know that others share your interests and it will change your life!

Chin up Smile x x
