Hi - Poppy and I live in Oxfordshire. Pops is a 4 1/2 year old black Lab bitch. Her sire is Vasterskogen Willie of Shadowbrae and her dam is Tomglade Megan.
Pops is a gorgeous, small built girlie with a wonderful temperament and a rather warped sense of humour! She will play fight really roughly with my sons (all in their 20's) but mother and play gently with my grandson who is 13 months. In the Winter months she regularly travels to Spain with us and often hacks out with me on my horse (who she teases something rotten!). She has the true Labrador traits of being somewhat deaf (unless its to her advantage) and liking her bed on these chilly Winter mornings!
Poppy is our second Lab and to us is perfect. My sons will be looking for a black Lab bitch puppy this Spring - I wonder if anyone knows of a related litter that is expected shortly? Who knows - may be tempted to have another!
