Hi i am with direct line does anyone else have a problem with them? Bailey has entropion and had hi first op on 19th Dec, my vet does not do direct payments so i had to pay and claim it back, it took them 3 weeks to send the claim form and i was told it would take 4 weeks to process i was then told 6 weeks and i have now been told it will be 8 weeks  i cannot afford to keep waiting but all they do is say there sorry and to ring back in a few weeks. I'm not with Direct Line but I'm lucky if I get my money back within a month from my insurance company, I hope they refund you soon

I am with Direct line Srah but fortunately I havent had to make a claim yet! Makes me think twice about changing once the year is up tho!

We're with Direct Line but they deal with my vet direct. We've had to claim quite alot for my cat and a couple of times for Harvey.
Im not sure how long they took to pay my vets sorry, but they've not mentioned they take a long time to pay
