Hiya
Many of you on LF are used to 3p and I banging on about helping to protect your pup with a tattoo, along with other means, a tattoo is a visual deterant....equally you may remember we arranged a tattooist to attend last years GT. Some 25 labs were subsequently protected....
We have now arranged a tattooist to attend the 2007 GT and would ask for anyone who wants their pup tattooed to add their details on this thread please
3p is covering the tattoo side of it again.....and will contact all interested parties directly for info required.
Cost is £20 a dog...that's just £20 for life...a one off payment....and the tattooist is from http://www.dog-register.co.uk/
At lostlabs ( sistersite, www.lostlabs.com ) we deal with so many dogs that have no ID, not even a collar...a horrid and desperate place for all to be, especially the lost pup, who has no voice to tell a ' finder ' where he lives. His owner has the voice, if he/she chooses to use it....
Our biggest failures are non ID'd pups.......so very hard to find and get them back home.......but even harder on the poor pups.......food for thought that's all...
So.....if you are interested then post here and 3p will sort it...coz she is a good old girl really
I mentioned on the other thread about having Pheebs re-done (the lady on the main telephone number said for free because of the problem with it) I haven't got round to doing it again because the nearest tattooist is 75 miles away.......you can see half the tatt and they said they could whittle it down IF the person who found her can see it properly (you have to look HARD).........plus she is chipped........so please don't tell me off I'm a good girl really I am
Plus I'd like Little Mr Pup done too....if he doesn't come from a breeder who already tattoos her pups.
Again for the want of not repeating myself lol.....please can someone else take them to have it done....it broke my heart with Pheebs and I can't go through that again (let alone twice in one day ) any offers greatly received to carry Little Mr Pup and walk Pheebs to the tent of dooooooom.........
On that note anyone who reads the above and thinks oooooo can't do that, sounds horrible.......shut up, I'm a wimp, I cry at everything, yes I'm a laughing stock............GET YOUR PUPS TATTOOED!!!!

I did say on the other thread Lucy that I`d take Pheebs and new Mr Pup to the tent of doooom as you call it!!! , I`d need to ask you to keep an eye on C&CJ tho
I`ll be calling the tattoo people in respect of CJ, his was done right on the crease of his ear (means his ear has to "stretched" to read it, he doesn`t like that much!) and the letters don`t show well, need to know if it can be redone with the same ID number.
