Hi Mandy - think I covered this off earlier in the thread - it is More Than - and yes there is an excess - but typically I wouldn't bother to submit a small claim anyway (even with the zero excess) - and if I had to pay out the excess once for each dog during the year, then it would STILL be cheaper Shocked

More Than told me the excess only applies to the first claim. Which, I suppose, is no help if you only ever made small claims. If you see what I mean.

i have m&s n it went up 60 n i hadnt made claim Evil or Very Mad but i am happy with the cover so i stuck with them
