Oh B***ger now I don't know what to do!! Still think I might stay with them for the first year now. I hate having to make decisions and I thought that one was already made LOL

They did come highly recommended from everyone else though, I suppose there will always be bad reports for any insurance don't you think and its only when you have probs with things you change.

Anyway good luck with pet plan

I have always insured Neo through pet plan and never had any problems. The Vet seems to be very happy with pet plans services they are very efficient and pay doggy bills very quickly. I believe the excess can be around £80 or something to that figure but for Neo its been well worth it...

Heya - we're with a little known company called Healthy Pets who are fairly cheap, have a low fixed excess (£50) and were really good with my cat's operation last year (silly thing fell off a fence and put her tooth through her skin!)...

We've got our free PetPlan insurance with Toby for now but wil change him to Healthy Pets as soon as it's run out...though I think we get six weeks free insurance with the KC?...
