Hello. Willow used to do this all the time as a puppy and she STILL does it now, at 19 months! 
I just ignore her. She normally just wants attention.

Jd has been doing it recently but he has been losing heaps of teeth this last couple of weeks so have put it down to that.... I tend to either ignore it or distract him or give him an ice cube which seems to settle him pretty well. All the best.
