Hi, my name is Jem and I have a 9 1/2 month old Westie called Kayla and we just got our 9 week old Labrador Sasha on Monday. We were a bit worried that Kayla wouldnt take to Sasha at first as she has been with us since she was 7 weeks old but they get on great!
We wanted to get another dog while Kayla was still young as ive read that Westies can be a bit funny (if thats the word) if they're not socialised from a young age and getting a labrador was our first choice.
I had a labrador when i was younger and he was the best dog we ever had. He was so loyal and friendly and he was just like a human, did everything with me, he was my best friend until i was 15, he died at the age of 14/15 from a stroke. I was absolutely gutted, so upset and i always said that i would def get another one.
Anyway thats enough of me going on, i found this webbie on google today and everyone seems really friendly, i posted on another forum earlier and everyone was so helpful, so thankyou and ill def be coming on here regularly.

Thanks Sheens, Thanks Nutella-de-vil, your dogs are gorgeous. I absolutely love labradors! They have such lovely, friendly faces and gorgeous eyes. Who wouldnt want one, they're adorable!
Could i ask you how you have the PM icon under your posts, cant see it on mine, or is that when you sign up for gold and platinum. Def going to do that this week.
