All I'll say right now is don't touch Sainsbury's, I'm having real hassles with them trying to get out of paying a claim. This has been going on for a couple of months now. My vet is going to phone them tomorrow to say that she disagrees with everything they're saying.

I am also with M&S. Seems very good cover, with zero excess and more importantly covers for £7k per year as Wendy has already mentioned.

M&S for me too - the big decider for me was the zero excess option - as most times when you go to a vet for basic ailments what is it £30-£50 so if your excess is £50 you wont be able to claim a penny.

I spent about £250 on Ruby in the first year all basic stuff like a UTI,swallowing a stone Shocked, the runs etc etc but had I not had a zero excess policy then I wouldnt have been able to claim a penny. Her p-olicy was only £127 (they have gone up now though)
