Got over my fit of laughter now!. I so needed that laugh this morning! really stressed, going to speak to my boss this morning about droping my days and i feel very guilty.

Thanks Sharon I will get one of those whistles then.
Have thought around the problem of OH not finding / remembering it. I will put it on a piece of string tied to our dog bag (like roy croppers house key in corrie). He won't be able to forget it or not find it then!
