We're with M&S and I would highly recommend them - the zero excess is great as I have never had to pay the vet, just hand over a claim form and forget about it!

I wouldn't recommend Animal Friends it is part of the E+L group. My sister had real problems with them and I've had problems with E+L. They both seem to come up with some minor detail, so they don't have to pay up.Both our vets have said they are the worst for paying up. We have both changed to M+S and couldn't recommend them enough. My pup had problems when he was 4mths old and it was sorted straight away.

Hi im with tesco its £2500 for treatment but when you make a claim you only have 12 months for that claim, and then after that 12 months is up you are not covered for that problem i.e ears, hip problems. And i think if you go over the £7000 with m+s same applies you can only claim once for one illness they will get out of it if they can so be careful when claiming they don't all show the small print Wink

i was recommed pet plan by my vet and also if try and change to another company they wont cover you for past problems Crying or Very sad
