I also used a solution from pets at home which worked great on my (cream!) carpet and laminate floor. Can't remember name but white bottle with red and blue writing and picture of dogs?! And lots of bounty! From memory think used the bounty to dab at spot first then soaked area with solution left for 10 mins and blotted again - would def use it again as great for smell and stains - which i'm sure was in the name!
