There just seems no rhyme or reason to her wees at the moment! We have only had her just over a week, and I suppose that at 12 weeks she was relatively old when we got her - up until then she had lived in a stable and weed where ever she liked. She just does not know any different at the moment!
We will just keep praising her when she gets it right, and no reaction when she gets it wrong!

we had the same issue with ella. we had her at about 12 weeks, she was raised in a stable so just peed anywhere. dont expect her to change too quickly but rest assured, she will. as others have said and as we did, take her out every hour to start with and encourage her to go pee then praise her for doing it outside. our Ella is now 18 weeks old and has been dry indoors for a couple of weeks now and we can now tell when she wants out. she has learned to to hold it in. but remember they cant hold it in forever. we still take her out often but she will go for a couple of hours if she has to. they soon get the hang of it. once they get used to you their new home and food etc.
