  |
|
We have had Dexter since July and in the whole of that time he has not rolled on the ground, that is until now.
It only happens when the weather has been particularly heavy rain and the rec is like a swap that he decides that the best game in the world is rolling in it
Have a look
Now this does require a good bit of brushing but I am sure he only does it cos he loves his baths and it usually results in this and all of us covered.
He just also loves to leave shaking till we are in the kitchen with my cream walls and he just has to brush past everything white turning it a lovely brown colour
I seem to wash walls and paintwork daily and the height some of his mud reaches is unbelievable.
But we wouldn't change him for the world

This did make me laugh - Tilly just seems to head for the puddles - I reckon she has a built in 'puddle radar'!!
She doesn't particularly enjoy getting washed afterwards though and sits there looking at you like a kid that hates having a bath!!

I know what you mean Carroll - bless Dexter though, handsome as ever!!! - its becoming a daily chore now, getting the dogs outside and hosing them down before we come inside. I swear its muddier this year than it was last year! I have never been so filthy!!!!
