Hi,
When you turn up at a show, do you just go to the ring where your first class is and wait to be called, or, do you have to go to the organizers tent and register first?
Also, I've entered a show and sent away the entry form and asked for a catalog, do I pick up the catalog at the show or will it be sent to me prior to the show?
Thank,
Louise

when you arrive at the show there will be a table with someone giving out prepaid catalogues as well as selling some that have not been prepaid, you will collect your catalogue there
you then find out what ring you are in and go there, your class will be called and you go in and get your ring number off the ring steward
what show have you entered?
good luck

Hi Louise,
Yes you can pick your catalogue up at the show. There will be a table next to the secretarys table with a person with a list of everyone who has orederd one, just given them your name.
Andalso, yes, just go to your ring and wait for your class to be called. It willbe called by class NUMBER and name by the ring steward, so for example 'OK! Class 417 labrador Retriever PUPPY!'
Just go in, and the ring steward will have all the exhibitor numbers. Check which number you are in the catalogue you bought and then just go to the steward and tell her your number and she will hand it to you. have a ringclip ready to clip it to.
Best of luck!
Di

Hi Homer
Good luck and remember to let us know how you got on.
And remember, you always take the best dog home.
I was thinking how good it would be if catalogues were posted out before the show - then I got to thinking that it would spoil the excitement of getting there, rushing to get the catalogue, traipsing off to the loo and sitting down perusing my class - what would I have to read?!!!!
