Its a disgrace ebay has it listed. I am off to complain to ebay and I would recommend others do too.

Judging from the phrasing and language used this is coming from the Far East. It is not written by a Westerner. I'm not sure they ARE legal here. i'm off to find out.

OMG! I am shocked and saddened. Apart from the fact it is inhumane - it would definately ruin your relationship with your dog. In fact, the poor dog would never trust man again!
