Can I just say thank you for coming forward to help with Shadow, being a transporter is a very improtant part of the rescue chain, without volunteers like yourselves, many dogs would not make it to a rescue space.
You guys on LF have been an important link for some very very special dogs, in the past there was Dudley (Dudders) who is now at Tailends living out his last few years in bliss, there was Bovril who didn't make it to rescue but was adopted by one of his transporters and now of course Numan and Shadow.
Every day, up and down the country rescue spaces are being organised for dogs that end up in Pounds, and Rochdale Dog rescue is one such intermidiary that arranges these life saving spaces.

On here you can register your name and you will be sent an email when transport is needed, its up to you if you can help.
You will also find the URGENT transport requets for this week and some happy ending stories including Bovril and Dudley

I have copied the link to my desktop. Need to talk to OH about this as I don't want to make empty 'promises'. We both have transport, but only usually have time at week ends.
