My domestic situation at the moment makes breeding a litter impossibly, but who knows about the future. She is showing al the makings of becoming a very good dog so it could just be. . . . . . . . .
She is now 19 months, and by that age I already had Anna's mate picked out, but it was never to be. So as Amy was in fact sired by that dog I got half of the mating. Just imagine if her dam had been Anna instead of Lyric!!
I never rush these things, unless there is a very god reason. Beth's Epilepsy for example. I have absolutly no hangups about spaying, but then, I'm perfectly happy with entire bitches.
Karen I feel the same - Pheebs will only just be a year old at the end of March (the 23rd) and I do feel she is too young. Besides, I hold a different view on spaying to most but I'll keep my views on spaying out of this reply but suffice to say I won't be getting her done at the end of March
I would be interested to hear your views on spaying Lucy???

but I would worry you are making a large rod for your back with all the tasty titbits!!!!
nah never she has been off her food soo many times already in her 15 months of life she gets back into it no problem and at 20kg she doesnt have any spare to lose so a few weeks off scrambled egg and rice and stuff wont harm her any.
Oh forgot to say that Pheebs has been ok today - she ate her brekkie fine, has just munched down some tea and although she has been whining ALL afternoon and HAS to be sat close to either Mark or I - if she isn't she gets distressed, whines and barks, her mood seems ok and she is cleaning herself well - only 5 or 6 drops on her bedding with none on the floor.
