I saw it on the telly looks fun. 
Teams of dogs race each other, they have to run up and release the flyball, catch it then run back to handler and then the next dog goes.
Looks really fast

The dogs have to press a button which shoots a tennis ball out and they have to chase and retrieve it !
I'm sure its not as simple as i have explained and there is probably loads more to it , it does look lots of fun though !
Someone else will be sure to have a better explanation than me
