Kirtsie, try and calm yourself. Your anxiety will get through to Honey. I know it's easy for me to say, but just take a step back.
Do you work, is she pooing etc. while you are not there?
If so is there anyone that can see to her during the day.
Training classes are a must. Most beneficial to me were 1:1 with an ex- police dog handler.
You are not on your own-there will always be someone here to give support and advice.
She's young enough to undo the wrong that's been done in the last 10 months and anyway I don't believe in the myth that 'you can't teach old dogs new tricks' Not that has any relevance to this situation
I realise by your post that you are not new to this, but what the little lady has been used to needs undoing. And it's only patience, love, understanding and discipline that is going to overcome it.
I hope you do overcome this, as it sounds as she has come to a fantastic home.
Good luck xx
