I am not too sure males having or not having their bits would make much difference.
Max is a neutered male and was out on Sunday. We met up, as usual with our 2 Irish Wolfhounds and 2 Great Danes friends in the woods and all was going well until a young skinny Great Dane arrived.
Max and one other entire male just would not leave her alone There was a lot of licking, pawing and attempted mounting and bullying.
We shouted at the pair of them, pulled them away, apologised, scolded, shouted and apologised again. All to no avail.
During conversation, it turned out the female had only just finished her season - obviously she still smelt delectable to the boys BUT WHY MY MAX - HE HASN'T ANY BITS but was the worst behaved
Anyhow - I lost the plot there a bit.
It must be truely horrible - your experience. I suppose I am trying to say that having now been in that position but from the other side, it can be very embarrassing for the owner of the "humper" too.

He don't know that Linda! Being castrated might reduce the urges, but it wont take them away. Also you are looking at something like 6 months for the hormones to die away.
