Favourite toy?

Hi all,

Does your lab have a preference for a particular toy?

Just wondered if it was my nutty old lab that did this Rolling Eyes

She has lots of toys-hard, soft, chewy etc, but she ALWAYS chooses a soft teddy and then just lays with it in her mouth. We've worked out that shes actually licking the teddy with her mouth open (if that makes sense!). She never chews it, just kinda suckles it Smile

Anybody elses or is just ours!!?? Laughing

Aww my staffycrossbreed does that, it started as a comfort thing for him but then became habit.

Hebe (Labxcol) doesnt really have a fave toy she much prefers bits of rubbish off the floor Embarassed

however she has started to love the petstages crinkle toys and carrys them around like a proper little retrieved Very Happy

Awwww Abbey had a puppy teddy when she was tiny and it lasted until she was about 6 months old then she decided to unstuff him one day ! Rolling Eyes

The only toys she doesnt seem to destroy are the nylabone toys which she likes to have a good old chomp on !!

aaaahhh....how sweet! Rolo likes to suck the little silky label sewn into the side of her little teddy, but loves her big teddy for other reasons! Yes, she gets amorous with it! Embarassed

I take it away when she does that! But I do think they like soft toys for comfort, it must remind them of mummy Laughing

Poppy loves her teddy that we gave her when she first came here, When she is tired she will go to her crate and drag teddy out to give her a cuddle. When she goes to bed at night she does her wees etc and then she gets teddy and takes her back to bed. So cute Laughing

cassied has a little dog i got her out the bear factory <we were both young and niave> and a hippo and those are her two babies in fact as i type they are in for a fast spin after getting a wash before we go on hols on saturday

Henry loves anything he's not supposed to have!! he he!

Seriously though, he loves his puppy teddy - although it's looking a bit worse for the wear at th emoment. i have to put it in the washing machine every now and then as he drags that lovely doggy smell all over the house!

Danny doesn't seem to have a particular favourite, although he does like something that he can destroy!!!! He also likes to play with anything that is not strictly a toy Laughing

Woody does this with a soft cuddly bananna. I think its his security blanket bless him.

Tilly has a soft cuddly labrador which we call mini - as in mini her!

She loved to chew on it's tail which she devoured and so now she is tailess!!
