Try ignoring Amber; hard I know and don't let her see you clean it up. Or bang saucepans when she brings it in or eats it (hide round the corner to do this) and she'll soon associate bringing in poo with a horrible noise Wink

I hadn't thought of that one Lindsey, thanks! Very Happy I might give it a go!
Your right about the attention thing, I'd thought of that to and when she's brought poo in the house she's been put outside and then ignored when she's come back in.
I would probably have a problem with the intitial ignoring thing only because it's s*** on my carpet and I HATE it in the house!!! Evil or Very Mad So I have a tendency to react, it's hard not too!!?? Confused
OH was saying that after she had a poo yesterday, she sniffed it then looked at OH as if to say 'I'm only sniffing!!!!!' Confused Wink
Thanks for your advice really appreciated and if it happens again I'll make a big noise! Very Happy

Harvey eats poo when we are out - horse, dog, anything thats around. Have no idea why as he is well fed. I always tell him off when he eats it but he just gulps it down quicker.

Why do they do such revolting things??

Hopefully your problem may be over if he didn't do it yesterday.

Good luck

Lindsey and Harvey

When Abbey was fed Burns she used to like to eat it twice so to speak !!!
The pineapple did work but then the adult burns didnt agree with her so we changed her food and she hasnt done it since !

THe loud noise could work too, but ideally you want to stop her before she brings it into the house, so maybe for the next few weeks you could watch her when outside (a bit of a pain i know ! ) and if she poos clean it up straight away and if she goes to eat it say the AA AA or No command. It is a matter of breaking what can become a habit !
