sadly no news today. Nothing. A second search of the area with a dampened down hoover bag trail and with vet bed torn up at 6am produced nothing as yet.... its raining and my friend is finding it hardto accept they have almost certainly been stolen and haven't just wandered off. 8 week old pups just don't wander, they wander a bit, get scared andcome home or are picked up.
The mentality IF someone NICE has picked them up not to report them to the RSPCA or police is beyond me. Someone suggested they may be thinking 'someone irresponsible enough to let them get out doesn't deserve them back'. how could people judge like that?
It looks sadly as if the ransom idea isn't happening here. No note, no email to me, no anon call in the night and a huge reward advertised.... if they were doing this to blackmail her to pay them and then they would dump them back I feel its not happening. Never give in to blackmailers goes straight out the window, we would pay in an instant.
More news as I get it, going to put more posters up this morning.
Could I ask anyone who crossposted anywhere yesterday, to just post a quick note following up saying - the puppies are still not home. No ransom has been demanded sadly. A reward of £1000 is offered for their safe return. And add that the yellow bitch is a pale cream colour and the black bitch has just a very few white hairs under her chin.
