Ruby slept from 9am the minute we left the camp site and stayed asleep all day - woke at 7pm she dragged herself over to her food bowl and stood there I fed her she went outside did the necessary straight back to bed. Slept all night UNTIL 7AM I fed her she scoffed it down and then back to sleep - not interest in going anywhere. I didnt walk her yesterday and she is showing no signs of wanting a walk today
I cannot believe how tired she is it reminds me of her very first mini GT
I wish! Mine are all playing together right now! Ok, they were sleepy yesterday but now its like its all a distant memory! I am hoping its just a morning spurt and everything calms down later.......
Mine were knackered- I walked them last night but it was more for my benefit than theirs!!!
Very sleepy dogs, although having said that, Ugo is bright and perky and is trying out some 'Worlds Greatest Lover' techniques that he learnt form the gorgeous Baxter!! Unfortunately Echo is less than impressed by Ugo's childish advances. Ugo is currently consoling himself by chewing my dining room table whilst he ponders where he is going wrong!
One of my highlights (one of very many!) at the GT was watching my dogs curl up in the tent and then just switch off like light bulbs! They looked so cozy and happy. The perfect end to a perfect day (apart from putting the bl**dy tent up!!!!)
No same as usual here Majic and Dexter doing the usual play fighting and acting like loonies they didn't sleep yesterday either till 9pm so I am battling with washing, Majic pinching the knickers and socks and Dexter helping in her mission
We took Joey out for an hour when we got back and then he slept almost solidly from about 3 yesterday afternoon til 7 this morning (apart from waking up for food!)
Nope, Pheebs is wide awake and was the same yesterday - she did have a 3 hour kip while I slept yesterday afternoon but since then has been as bright as a button.
Even took her to the Balloon Festival yesterday evening and she had a whale of a time hoovering up everyone's dropped chips and pies (how many times can you say the word "leave" in 90 mins?????) She also watched the fairground rides go round and round making LOTS of noise which she loved
Now Rabbit is a different story - she hasn't stopped sleeping since yesterday and she didn't even come to the GT day! I think it was all the excitement in the camp!
My boys slept all th way home, bless but then they usually do. They are pretty laid back guys at the best of times anyway. They stayed with granny & grampy that night as Dave and i were off to Weymonth the next day on a coach trip, busy weekend!!
I had to prod Bailey this morning to make sure he was still alive
I went to be about 11pm and - *blush* usually have Bailey the alarm to wake me at 7am - i woke up, looked at the clock and it was 11am!
Mind you - we got back at about 11am yesterday Bailey went to play with the tent that was drying in the garden, then to OH's mums to play with troy - then to OH's dads to play with his new lab pup - so he did have a heck of a weekend.
