mark found a puppy last night near the centre of birmingham, he was hiding between two cars and there was no owner in sight. hes very thin and got fleas but hes very friendly and is as good as gold. we bought him home and now i dont know what to do next. im going to take him to the vets to get scanned for a chip but tbh i dont think hes going to have one. i'm also going to get the fleas treated. next plan of action.. ive no idea what to do! i would keep him but i would need a dog sitter in the day and i would also have to sweet talk my landlady round. who do i call next? im not sure what the dog warden will do with him and i cant bear the thought of him being in kennels. anyone got any ideas?

heres some photos of the little guy

i would say hes about 10 weeks old. the pictures make him look bigger than he is

He looks a bit negleted to me Sad Too thin and covered with fleas - poor baby. I would call the rspca if I were you esp if there is no chip.

What a sad but cute looking pup - just as well it was you that found him and not someone else who doesn't care as much.

Keep us posted

Well done for not just walking on by Sarah, but now you have to let 3p and the gang get this guy either back to his worried owners or into a foster home or rescue kennel so he can find a loving home.

Way to go Very Happy Wink

Hi

Yep please take the puppy to a vet to get checked for a chip.

I'm now trying to find a NON destroy kennel that would take the pup,

my advise don't take to the dog warden please give me some time to

try and find a place for the pup.

Will be intouch soon.

Thank God you found the poor little lost chap. He does look underweight. I wonder if he was an impulse buy that lost its novelty Crying or Very sad

I hope life is kind to him from now on.

Oh poor little sweetheart. He looks lovely although obviously underfed. Hope you are able to sort something out for him soon. Well done you!
