Sonia I'm sure she will be fine - love conquers all doesn't it? and with time and patience, of which you have plenty for her she will soon be as chilled as the rest of the gang Smile Smile

that sounds so much like mylo if the gate through to the kitchen is shut n im one side n hes the other he will sit n cry even if he can see me hes had 3 homes aswell n he gets up every time i move hes ok when im out its just in doors n i have given in to him n let him sleep in my room at night (i took him up to make sure he was ok after his op n never got him bk down again lol) but i think he is getting better i caght him sleeping alone in his crate the other day he looked at me as i walked past but didnt move hes been here nearly 3 1/2 months now n hes just starting to over come it now so even tho ur doing all the right things it will still take time & patience but u knew that already lol u are not alone jsut keep going she will eventually realize shes not going any where so she dosent need to worry

Hi sonia- have you tried a DAP infuser? I've used them in the past to help new pups settle in. I think the DAP has been helpful, but then I don't know if the pups would have settled just as quick without it! Shocked
They are supposed to give off a feeling of calm and well-being, so it might help to take the edge off Millies worries.

I'm positive that in time, Millie will be as chilled as the rest of your gang.
Its reassuring to know that you're doing everything right, isn't it?

Glad that the whistling is a success btw!
Love Becs and the gang

Ooh Becs - I have a DAP spray - I might try and get a bandana and spray that or spray it on some cushions in the home.

And yes, it is good knowing I am doing things right and I am sure we are heading in the right direction Smile

Thanks Monya, its nice to hear that I am not the only one going through the settling stage Very Happy
